He was predeceased by: his father Obra McKinney. He is survived by: his mother Ruby West McKinney of Harold; and his siblings, Dewayne McKinney (Patty) of Harold, Kentucky, Darrell W. McKinney of Harold, Kentucky, Franklin McKinney (Belinda) of Harold, Kentucky and Jeanene Adkins (Terry) of Harold, Kentucky.
