He is survived by : his parents, Johnny Webb (Ella) of Prestonsburg and Dinah Sparks Vanhoose of Emma, Kentucky.; his wife Ginger Rogers Webb; his children, Jimmy Austin Adkins (Shae), Savannah Bowens (Nathan) and McKinley Webb; his granddaughter Natalie Bowens; his son-in-law Zach Bowens; and his sisters, Angela Judd (Chris) of Prestonsburg and Stephanie King (Josh) of Morehead, Kentucky. He is also survived by Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, May 15th 2024 at 7:00 PM and on Thursday, May 16th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the University of Pikeville Gymnasium (109 Park St, Pikeville, KY 41501). A funeral service was held on Friday, May 17th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
