She was predeceased by: her husband John McCaffrey; her children, Margaret, Maurice, Kevin, Kathy and Joe; and her granddaughter Meghan.
She is survived by: her children, Mary, John, Paul and Peter; and her children-in-law, David, Kathleen, Judith, Mary, Connie, Eileen and Joe. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, and 17 great-grandchildren.
Memorial donations may be made to Heritage Hospice, Inc., or Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church. The family greatly appreciates donations made to these charities in Albertina Grace McCaffrey 's name.
