She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Bledsoe and Armenthia Bledsoe; her husband Charles A. Higgins; her siblings, Clarence Bledsoe and Sharon Robinson; and her great grandchild Blaize Kestner Fields.
She is survived by: her brother Albert Jackie Mason (Naomi); her children, Tracy L. Bradley, Timothy L. Higgins, Nicole L. Seals (Deron), Janice Higgins and Linda Higgins; her grandchildren, LaToyia Higgins, KaTeri Scott (Chancellor), Le'Traci Bradley, Warren Seals, Nicholas Seals, Daryn Seals, Timia Higgins, Andre and Tayler; her pet Chicory; her sibling's children, Renoard Moore and Joyce Marks; Sherri, Tim, Josh, Reeda, Eddie, Lenn, Caroline, Rhonda and Earlie.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the First Baptist Church (3016 Bracktown Rd, Lexington, KY 40511). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
