She is survived by: her sons, Hugh Smith, Jr. (Denise) of Mercer County and Douglas Brian Smith (Angela) of Harrodsburg; her sister Pauline James of Mercer County; her grandchildren, Chris Lee Smith (Megan) and Lauren Alford (Jason); her great grandchildren, Avery Smith, Evan Smith and Ryan Douglas Alford; and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Lily and Remi Elmore.
