She is survived by: her mother Joan Carol Phelps; her husband Donald Lee; her children, Heather Leigh (Charles), Brian Michael and Jonathan Tyler; her stepson Chadwick Alexander; her grandchildren, Payton Mackenzie and Holden Avery; and her siblings, Brian Earl (Anita) and Pamela Lois (Stephen). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
