She was predeceased by: her mother Mary Margaret; her husband Rev. James Cyrus Stringfield Jr.; and her siblings, Robert Leigh, Amelia Earl and Mary Frances Vest.
She is survived by: her children, Mary Beth Goodlett (Doc), James Robert Stringfield (Genny Preston) and Brian Matthew Stringfield (Melissa); and her grandchildren, Carissa Smith (Dan), Phillip Goodlett, Kayla Fulton (Shayla), Kayci Bustle (Josh), Tamra Riggs (Brandon), Josh Cobb (Denae), Jered Cobb, Shelby Cobb, Dakota Stringfield (Kami), Jacob Stringfield and Elisha Stringfield (Alisha). She is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 18th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the W. L. Pruitt Funeral Home, Inc. (5590 Hwy 2141, Hustonville, KY 40437). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, December 18th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
