He is survived by: his daughter Samantha Coffman Lyons of Hampton, VA; his adoptive son Shane Campbell of Hampton, VA; his sister Jo Lynn Pike (David) of Harrodsburg; his cousin Jennifer Sallee of Harrodsburg; and his close friend Shawn Hockensmith of Harrodsburg.
