She was predeceased by: her spouses, Jerry Devine and Bill Proctor; her parents, George Hill and Ethel Hill (Barlow); and her siblings, Donald Billy, Darrell Hill, Geraldine Hunt, Barbara Adams, Jo Ann Devine and Norma Warner.
She is survived by: her children, Tonia Curtsinger (Glenn) and Brad Devine (Kent) of Lexington, KY; her sister Wanda Brock of Harrodsburg, KY; and her grandchildren, Chaz and Paige Curtsinger. She is also survived by twenty-six nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel (345 E Lexington St, Harrodsburg, KY 40330). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM at the same location.
