He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Lester Montgomery and Louella Houp (Henry). He is survived by: his wife Bernadette Vail Amsden (Flint); his daughter Kelly Bray; his half-siblings, Sharon Wesley (Kenny) of Salt Lick, KY, Sue H. Crowe and Kenny Houp (Vanda) of Nicholasville; Ernie and Mike.
