He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Phillips Sr. (Slo) and Elsie Mann Phillips; and his siblings, Ralph Phillips, Jr., Robert Ross Phillips and Nancy Cornish.
He is survived by: his siblings, David R. Phillips (Mary Jo), Thomas R. Phillips (Micki) of Harrodsburg, Ruthie Whyde (Larry) of Indianapolis and Rita Isham (Bubby) of Harrodsburg; his son Brad Johnson of Junction City; his caregiver Sue Williams; and his nephews, Greg Phillips, Barry Phillips, Nick Phillips, Larry Whyde Jr., Ray Phillips, Robby Phillips, Hunter Phillips and Ryan Coatney. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, June 24th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Danville Memorial Gardens (4627 Stanford Rd, Danville, KY 40422).
