She is survived by: her husband Alan Lyons; her parents, Perry Easterling and Kim Easterling; her daughters, Hannah Monroe, Emily Monroe and Naveah Lyons of Harrodsburg; her siblings, Perry "Jay" Easterling (Ashley) of Stanford and Shawna Renee Easterling Nigg (Charles) of Dry Ridge; her niece Alyssa Easterling; and her nephews, Carter Easterling and Aiden Easterling.
