It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Christopher Scott Pardue (Harrodsburg, Kentucky), who passed away on August 5, 2025, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. As Christopher Scott departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Christopher Scott. Though Christopher Scott may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He is survived by: his wife Sherry Pardue; his grandchildren, Siddalea Rose Gray, Emerson Dean Gray and Walker Aaron Gray; his siblings, Susan Pardue Carter, Ernest Pardue (Beth) and Laura Spencer Zachek (Mike); and also Adam Gray. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews and great nieces and great nephews, along with countless friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, August 11th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Carpenter's Christian Church (1340 US-127, Harrodsburg, KY 40330). A memorial service was held on Monday, August 11th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 16th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Dugas Park (336 N Bedelia St, Scottsville, KY 42164).
Memorial donations are suggested to the Boyle County Quarterback Club or the American Cancer Society.
