She is survived by: her children, Christopher Wayne McKenzie of Harrodsburg and Ashley Renee McKenzie of Harrodsburg; her brother Ronnie Sims (Kelly) of Harrodsburg; her grandchildren, Haylie Nichole McKenzie, Derrick Lee Smith and Emma Kay Smith; and her nieces and nephews, Amy Williams (Justin), Amanda Sims, Patrick Sims (Amber), Johnathon Bowles (Charity), Chrissy Forman (Nick), Thomas Lear (Cindy), Dawn DeSpain (Cole), Angela Despain, James Sims, Brian Sims and Brandon Sims. She is also survived by several great nieces and nephews and several great great nieces and nephews.
