She was predeceased by: her husband Loyd Adelbert Lowe; her parents, John Henry and Beryl Catherine Anacker (Hamburg); her grandson Robert David Karch; her great grandchild Kaya Schaffner-Oldham; and her siblings, Kenneth Vernon Anacker of Bellevue, Washington, Arthur Anacker, Virginia Hogan and Phyllis Liles.
She is survived by: her daughters, Laura Kathryn Taylor (Rickie) of Harrodsburg and Deborah Jean Schaffner (Gerald) of Salem, Oregon; and her grandchildren, Bethany Schaffner-Oldham of Hillsboro, OR., Janelle Schaffner of Hillsboro, OR., Krista Karch of Chevy Chase, MD., Wendy Karch of Gresham, OR, Kathryn Schaffner of Hillsboro, OR, Paul Lloyd Schaffner of Chevy Chase, MD, Sara Schaffner of Aloha, OR., Jorge Loyd Flores of Burnt Hills, NY, Victoria Kathryn Rojas of Perryville and Julia Raquel Mistovich of West Lynn, OR.. She is also survived by eighteen great-grandchildren.
