We are sad to announce that, on May 19, 2023, at the age of 85, Elouise Bell of Harrodsburg, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Kenneth; and her parents, Lillian Paggett (Baker) and Walter VanArsdall. She is survived by: her sons, Guy Allan Bell of Harrodsburg, KY and Jerry Wayne Bell of Loretta, KY; and her sister Carol Vinyard of Harrodsburg, KY. She is also survived by four grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
