He was predeceased by: his parents, Florence Bruck Lowry and William Lowry. He is survived by: his wife Judy Conley Lowry; and his children, Kevin Lowry (Ellie), Jeremy Lowry (Naomi), Beth Scarber (Allen), Alison Horne (Peter) and Amy Bannon (Mark). He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and eight great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
