He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Jefferson and Ellie Griffin Mullins; his grandson Nathan Holt; his sister Patsy Treadway; and his sister-in-law Cindy Mullins.
He is survived by: his wife Doris Darland Mullins; his daughters, Carolyn Michelle King of Harrodsburg and Jessica King Holt of Harrodsburg; his brother Michael Mullins (Lisa) of Crab Orchard; his grandson Corbin Holt of Harrodsburg; and his pet Remi. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
