She is survived by: her children, Teresa Mathis of Melber, KY, Phyllis Mathis of Lexington, KY, Vickie Doyle (George) of Lexington, KY, Connie Cook (Bill) of Nashville, TN and Tim Rawlins (Rebecca) of Lexington, KY; her sisters, Anna Polsgrove and Olene Walker; and her grandchildren, Cindy Mathis, Sheila Mathis of Michael Mathis, T. J, Doyle, Kellye Doyle, Kristie Doyle, Jordan Rawlins and Justin Rawlins. She is also survived by fifteen great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
