He is survived by: his wife Judy Gash Harley (Gash); his children, Pam Young (Troy) and Kent Harley (Michelle); his siblings, Janet Cornish (Keith), Barbie Markwell (Kerry) and Edward Jewell Harley (Jennie); his grandchildren, Rachel Miller (Chris), Micah Harley, Hannah Harley, Sarah Cain (Daniel), Noah Young, Payton Miniard (Micah) and Sophia Young; and his great grandchildren, Macks Miller, Cal James Miniard and Baby Cain Coming Soon.
