He was predeceased by: his parents, James M. Lewis and Myrtle Lyons Lewis; and his siblings, Leon Lewis and Pamela Stockton. He is survived by: his wife Dianna Kay Whitis Lewis; his children, Michael Lewis (Melissa) of Harrodsburg and Sherry Lewis (Shawn) of Harrodsburg; his siblings, Richard Lewis (Donna) of Burgin, Judy Lewis of Harrodsburg, Gloria Currens (Barry) of Harrodsburg and Debra Harmon (Maurice) of Harrodsburg; his granddaughters, Kayla Satterly of Harrodsburg and Courtney Satterly (Jordan) of Maryville, TN; and his pets, Duke and Pongo. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
