He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Homer Tackett and Marie Melhem; his wife Patty (Little); his children, Dena Marie Schenck (Chris) of Richmond, Virginia and Jerry Todd Tackett (Maddy) of Lexington, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Cole, Mia, Hadley, Brinley and Bode; his sister Paulette McBride; his nephews, Duke and Michael; Leslie and Heather.
