She is survived by: her husband Bob Spaulding of Harrodsburg, KY; her children, Debbie Royalty, Mona Lisa Lambert and Robert David Spaulding of Harrodsburg, KY; her sister June Lowe; her stepbrother Sol Jr.; her grandchildren, Ann Ratliff, Patrick Lambert, Nancey Kay Lambert and Patricia Ann Dearinger; her great grandchildren, Christian Owen Lambert, Chase Lambert, Penelope Lambert, Paige Lambert, David Ratliff, Paisley Gabhart, Savanna Gabhart, Makayla Gabhart, Alaine Gabhart, Brinley Dearinger, Vally Montes, Chris Montes, Carlos Garcia, Bella Garcia and Noah Lambert; and her great great grandchildren, Haisley, Jax, Dawson and Rally.
