With sadness, we share the passing of John Helm of Harrodsburg, Kentucky. John, born on May 12, 1950, passed away on July 22, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Henry and Hazel Lowvenia Helm (Defeet); his sister Susan Helm Young; and his siblings-in-law, Jim Miller, Anne Miller and Don Steele.
He is survived by: his wife Rosemary Helm (Bunnell); his children, Wendy Helm Benham (Leon) of Harrodsburg, KY and Johnathan Michael Helm of Louisville, KY; his brothers, James Henry Helm Sr. (Teresa) of Richmond, KY and Roger Dean Helm (LuAnn) of Lexington, KY; his granddaughter Lily Rose Marie Benham; and his sisters-in-law, Betty Steele and Tina Prather of Harrodsburg, KY. He is also survived by Nephews; 24 Great Neices and Nephews; 14 Great Great Nieces and Nephews.
