Kathleen touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her husband William Taylor; her parents, Roy C. Casey and Thelma Brock Casey; her great grandchild Albert Waylon Hughes; and her close friend Rick Lady.
She is survived by: her children, Crystal McKinney (Jeff), Thelma Adams (William) and Allen Warner (Kathy); and her siblings, Richard, Tracy, Terry Casey, Connie Ratliff and Melissa Miller. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Kerr Brothers Funeral Home - E. Main (463 E Main St, Lexington, KY 40507). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
