She was predeceased by: her parents, Larry H. Cannada, and Madge Releford Cannada, Sr.; and her brothers, William "Buster" Cannada and Larry H. "Butch" Cannada. She is survived by: her son Roger Dale Carey (Donna) of Little River, SC.; and her siblings, David Lynn Cannada of Harrodsburg and Eloise Mayes of Harrodsburg. She is also survived by two grandchildren, two great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
