She was predeceased by: her parents, Don Stone and Bessie Stone; her husband William Lowe; and her siblings, Jeanette Stone and David Stone.

She is survived by: her children, Mark Lowe (Rachel), Tim Lowe (Daisy), Debbie Walker (Gary) and Jennifer Tolliver (Bill); her grandchildren, Amie Hieneman (Trey), Amanda Stephens (Jacob), Samuel Tolliver (Emily), Emily Tolliver Williams (Christian), Eric Lowe, Haleigh Reed (Connor), Seth Lowe, Tyson Gay and Tiffany Everson; her great grandchildren, Caleb Stephens, Kinley Stephens, Avery Hieneman, Mallory Hieneman, Rory Tolliver, Lily Tolliver, Haven-Parker Reed, Sophia Reed and Beckham Reed; and her sister-in-law Karen Stone.
