He is survived by: his wife Nancy Beasley Smith; his children, Brittany Faith Maddox (Hagan) of Harrodsburg, KY and Noah Tucker Smith of Harrodsburg, KY; his brother Sam Smith of Harrodsburg, KY; and his grandson Blake Alan Devine of Harrodsburg, KY. He is also survived by several Aunts, Uncles, & Cousins.
