He is survived by: his wife Lisa Underwood of Harrodsburg; his daughters, Anita Vela Jimenez, Britta Short (Chris Parker) and Bridget Cox (Scotty Boswell); his siblings, Judy Fields, Bertha Jean, Craig Fields, Rufus Fields and George Fields; his grandchildren, Hailey, Lanita, Juanita, Zaiden of Leona, DJ, Brayden, Josiah, Axel, Amaya and Victoria; his great grandchildren, Harper and Taylor; and his siblings, Roy Fields, Marcus Fields, James Owens and Linda Fields.
