She was predeceased by : her parents, George Durr and Cordelia Durr (Claunch); her grandson George Daniel Cheatham; and her siblings, William, Morris, Leslie, Chandler Durr, Beulah Fae Bugg, Denia Marie Norton and Virginia Robertson.

She is survived by : her children, Edwina Tarter (John), Joe Cheatham (Elizabeth) and George Cheatham (Donna); her sister Bea Gritton; and her grandchildren, Jeremy Cheatham (Sarah Beth), Wyatt Tarter (Kelsey), Carson Tanner (Ian), Erica Page (Thomas Lehman), Kayla Cheatham (Terry Williams) and Rebecca Cheatham.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 17th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel (345 E Lexington St, Harrodsburg, KY 40330). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 17th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A committal service was held on Wednesday, April 17th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Spring Hill Cemetery Pavilion (529 N Greenville St, Harrodsburg, KY 40330).
