He is survived by: his wife June Earls of Harrodsburg; his son Jimmy Wayne Earls of Harrodsburg; his granddaughter Brianna Shoemaker of Wilmore; and his niece Barbara Gregory of Louisville. He is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
