He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Georgia Chole (Lanham), Donald Watson Settles and Orpha Pearl Hawkins. He is survived by: his parents, Stanley Glenn Hawkins of Harrodsburg, KY. and Donna Hawkins (Settles) of Harrodsburg, KY.; his siblings, Crystal Gwen Hawkins (David Rowland) of Harrodsburg, KY and Dakota Levi Hawkins (Bailey) of Harrodsburg, KY; his nieces and nephews, Kaylee Hawkins, Payton, Ayden Hawkins-Rowland, Isabelle, Aria Hawkins, Savannah Smith and Josie Rice; his aunts and uncles, Ricky and Jip Settles; and his extended family, Jessica, Brandon Rice, Sherri Goode, Rebecca, C. J. Toohey, David, Chris Martin, Susan and Sam Anderson.
