He was predeceased by: his parents, Elza Devine and Jessie Devine (Pittman); and his siblings, Bobby, Billy, Mary, Mamie and Hazel.
He is survived by: his son Ralph E. Devine Jr. of Harrodsburg, KY; his sister Violet Carey (Lewis) of Burgin; and his sister-in-law Pat Devine of Danville. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
