He is survived by: his father Arthur Hines of Lancaster; his children, Austin Hines (Ashley Sutter) of Harrodsburg, Levi Griffin Hines of Casey County and Ryver Hines of Harrodsburg; and his brothers, William "Billy" Hines of Junction City, Harvey Lee Hines of Hodgensville and Joey "Rita" Hines of Lancaster. He is also survived by one grandson and several nieces and nephews.
