Starbuck; his friend Jerry Hartgrove; his significant other Carolyn Starbuck (Hacker); his daughters, Stacey Behrensmeyer (Matthew) and Kelley Nalli (Jeremy); his grandchildren, Kennedy Brand, Emma Thompson (Zane), Abigail Brand, Jackson Nalli, Caroline Nalli and Nicholas Nalli; his siblings, Greg Starbuck (Tammy), Suzanne Starbuck and Wendy Bottom (Woody); his siblings-in-law, Ernestine Stapleton and Wendall Hacker (Melodie); and his nieces and nephews, Tammy McDonald, Perry Hacker, Tiffany Johnson (Jared), Sherri Lawson (Greg), Charles Hacker (Tanisha), Stephanie Hacker, Jessica Sullivan (Jeff Richardi), Jared Sullivan, Kaitlin Lindsay (Aaron), Kevin Bottom and Tyler Starbuck.
