She is survived by: her children, Lee Ann Sampson and George Clayton Bishop (Jill) of Harrodsburg; her sister Patsy Schmidt of Columbus, OH; her brother-in-law Bill King of Harrodsburg; her grandchildren, Ann Sampson-Grimes (Jonah) of Lexington, Sara Sampson of San Francisco, Ashley Bishop of Frankfort, Wyatt Bishop and Landon Bishop; her nieces and nephews, Vivian Mumaw, Lisa Votaw, Rhonda Gail Burkhead, Lynne Allison Phillips, Kelly King, Glenn Douglas Phillips and Brian McNeil Phillips; her close friends, Ann Edwards-Stancil, Marvin Stancil, Linda, Edward Uzzel, Rhonda Baker, Pam Parks, Amanda Selby, Wendell Watson, Elaine and Ralph Lipps; and her caregivers, Carla Ryan, Melissa Grimes, Sandy Whitis and Terrie "Mama T" Murphy.
