With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Roy Griffieth of Harrodsburg, Kentucky, who passed away on April 12, 2023 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Abe Griffieth and Mary Davis Griffieth; his wife Mary M. Griffieth; his sons, Roy Jr., Paul and James D. Griffieth; his stepchildren, Louvenia Allen, Wanda J. Starke, Danny D Mills and James W Mills; and his siblings, Elizabeth Johnson, Margaret Peavler, Jewell Buchanan, Ray, James, Edward and John Griffieth.
He is survived by: his children, Bruce Griffieth (Connie), Edna Knepfle (Paul) and Emily Mendell (Joe Dunagan); his stepchildren, Charlene Bodner (Conn), Marilyn K. Huggins (Don) and Stanley Mills (Janet); and his sister Betty McGinnis. He is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
