Shane leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Shane’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. Though he is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support he offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Shane will carry forward his memory in their hearts.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Duane Kelley and Debbie Keeton-Christy (Shane); his grandmother Maxine "Jane" Kelley; his wife Cassie Kelley; his stepfather William Christy; his sister Jalayna [Brian] Cremeans; his grandparents, Vivian Barney (Keeton) and Bill Kelley; and his father-in-law Terry Kammermann. He was also cherished by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Kerr Brothers Funeral Home - Harrodsburg Rd (3421 Harrodsburg Rd, Lexington, KY 40513). A memorial service was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
