He is survived by: his wife Mildred Alice Sallee (Bernard) of Harrodsburg, KY; his daughters, Anita Mae Sallee of Harrodsburg, KY and Kelly Stackenwait (Steve) of Harrodsburg, KY; his sister Billie Jo Sullivan of Harrodsburg, KY; his grandchildren, Dakota Jennings Moore, Brody Votaw-Salle, Hannah Leath and Laney Eldridge; his great grandchild Ryker Jennings Moore; and his caregivers, Cheyenne Jeffries, Malia Devito, Lucy Sebastian and Jessica Carter.
