She was predeceased by: her parents, Jake Freshour and Betty Lee Freshour; and her father-in-law Gary Nickel. She is survived by: her husband Brian Nickel; her pet Gracie; and her siblings, Rob Freshour (Donna) of Brighton, Tim (Deborah) of Seymour and Veronica Arthur (Jack) of Bryan. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, Stephanie requested memorials be made to Edgewood Baptist Church in Nicholasville, Kentucky, The Parkinson's Foundation, or The American Cancer Society/Cancer Research.
