He was predeceased by: his father Clarence Johnson. He is survived by: his mother Beverly Patton (Underwood); his son Aaron "Boomer" Johnson (Donya Tinchner) of Richmond, KY; his sister Nancy Yeager (Gary) of Harrodsburg, KY; his stepmother Terisha Johnson of Jeffersonville, IN; and his grandchildren, Gracelyn Johnson and Leighton Johnson. He is also survived by Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews, and Cousins.
