With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Tabitha Elizabeth Johnson Arvin of Harrodsburg, Kentucky, born in Benham, Kentucky, who passed away on May 18, 2026 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Orville and Remah Johnson; and her siblings, James Johnson, Edward "Eddie" Johnson and Nancy Ann Sparks.
She is survived by: her son Jamon Halvaksz (Rachel); her siblings, Jean Gilliam and Leon Johnson (Barbara); and her grandchildren, Abdallah Elhity and Lee Elhity. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and lots of friends.
