She is survived by: her spouse Melissa Segade Phillips; her mother Aletha Thompson Newman of Salvisa; her children, Whitney Cash (Michael) of Perryville, McKenzie Segade of Harrodsburg, Tristan Segade of Canada and Billy James Grider of Danville; her siblings, Susie Padgett of Waynesburg, Leslie Dowell (Dale) of Waynesburg, Shonda Bailey Turner of Harrodsburg, Lori Clements (Gary) of Harrodsburg, Mark Phillips (David) of Greenville, TN and Owen Phillips (Brenda) of Stanford; her grandchildren, Charlotte Morrell, Nathan and Addison Cash; her son-in-law Stephen VanWijnen of Canada; her sister-in-law Nicole Phillips of Cincinnati; and her nieces and nephews, Aprille, Kelly, Jessica, Michelle, Brittany, Katlyn, Heather, Kylar, Zachary, Eric, Will and Ethan.
