He was predeceased by: his parents, James G. Winburn and Alice Marie Winburn (Ball); and his brothers, Kenneth and Garfield Marshall Winburn. He is survived by: his children, Tammy Michelle Holmberg of Harrodsburg, KY, Gregory Thomas Winburn (Shelly) and Chad William Winburn (Rebecca) of Harrodsburg, KY; and his grandchildren, Nicolas, Hailey Winburn, Katlyn Phillips, Nathan Holmberg and Maggie Vandivier.
