He is survived by: his daughter Shannon Jamison; his granddaughters, Amanda Kopca (Bernie Gripshover), Alexei Kopca and Amelie Hathaway; his great grandchildren, Elsie Gripshover and Emmett Gripshover; his brother David Urbanczyk (Patty); his niece Lisa Burosh; and his nephew Daniel Urbanczyk. He is also survived by his family, friends.
