He was predeceased by: his parents, Roscoe Pankey and Myrtle Pankey (Bottom). He is survived by: his children, Angelia "Angie" Pankey of Frankfort, KY and Anthony Neal Pankey (Christie) of Lexington, KY; his grandchild Shafer Pankey; his brother-in-law Mark Devine of Shepherdsville, KY; his sibling's children, Emily Foley (Gavin) and Ian Devine (Amy); his grandchild Seagan Wood; and his cousins, Roberta Machal, Alfred Taylor (Janice) and Norma Jean Steele (Billy).
