He was predeceased by: his parent Altha Jo Carrico Hamilton; and his brother Keith Hamilton. He is survived by: his father James S. Hamilton; his children, Matthew Clay Hamilton (Darilyn) of Harrodsburg and Emily Marie Hamilton of Harrodsburg; his former wife Doris Jones Hamilton; his granddaughters, Vivian Ann and Jolie Grace Hamilton; and his sister Maura Hamilton Clark. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and many other friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Bosley Funeral Home (246 S Proctor Knott Ave, Lebanon, KY 40033). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
