He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Anderton and Laura Payne; his son Tommy Hall; and his siblings, Evert Mullins, Virgil Mullins, Arnold Anderton and Linda Anderton.
He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Jean Anderton; his children, Teresa Anderton, Vernon Anderton, Sandy Deaton, Debbie Slover and Mary Deaton; his grandchildren, Gloria Block, Verlon Bowling, Ronald Slover, John Mack Slover, Raymond Slover, Jearld Slover, Nick Slover, Jonathan Hall, Kaylan Hall, Brandon Anderton and Brenton Anderton; and his sister Rita Anderton Lawhead. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren.
