She is survived by: her daughter Nicole Hitchner (Ryan) of Harrodsburg, KY; her sisters, Mindy Sanford (Tony) of Harrodsburg, KY, Melody Barnes (Marlon), Crystal Hibberd (Chris) of Danville, KY, Tina Bauer (John), Pam Merriman of Harrodsburg, KY and Blossom Lewis (J. J.); and her grandchildren, Seth McGinnis, Livia McGinnis and Jaddyn Hitchner.
