She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Earl Hale of Harrodsburg, KY; her parent Forest; her children, Robert Hale Jr., Greg Hale and Donna Hale Rice; her siblings, Hubert Brown, Dewey Brown, Jerry Brown, Lewis Brown, Pauline Hale, Evelyn Stokes and Zilpha Singleton; and her grandson Anthony Rice.
She is survived by: her children, Becky Helton (Ken) of Harrodsburg, KY, Gayle Gavin (Bret) of Dry Ridge, KY, Lisa Brown of Danville, KY, Rick Hale (Debbie) of Danville, KY and David Hale of Newburgh, IN; her sister Jeanie Young; and her grandchildren, Jonathan, Shelby, Lee, Levi, Luke, Kristian, Jordan, Paige, Kayla, Jennifer, Sherry H., Robert III, Tasha, Blake and Sherry V.. She is also survived by several great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
